Die gezeigte Edition präsentiert jeweils ein Werk der Gewinnerinnen und Gewinner des SIMACEK AWARD 2022 und 2023, einem Preis, der herausragende junge, zeitgenössische Kunst würdigt. Die Jury für den Preis setzt sich zusammen aus renommierten Künstlern und Professoren von vier Kunstuniversitäten in Österreich und Deutschland, der Eigentümerin des Art House SIMACEK sowie dem künstlerischen Leiter von ARTCARE: Hans Schabus, Peter Kogler, Veronika Dirnhofer, Anna Jermolaewa, Ursula Simacek und Raimund Deininger.

The essential components that functioning the structure of my pieces are the manufacturing (metal/plastic/…) parts that could be found easily in Baumarkt of Germany. These components or ready-made products and their self-functionalization effects carried out a strong sense of low-key mechanism and seems to be ready to flow automatically in the so-called production line of industry. However, it is an illusion, a real illusion. The dynamic flow graphics a surreal prospect in psyche only, the physical reality is that the manufacturing parts functionalise the aesthetic aspect of the piece without any industrial functions that general does.
