My research explores photography as object, matter, and technology. Through the use of historical and analog processes, I investigate the relationship between image, time, and transformation. In an era dominated by speed and virtuality, photographic practice becomes for me an act of resistance — a way to restore to the image a physical, tangible presence,
subject to change.
Each work emerges from a collaboration between light, matter, and time, and carries within it the traces of its own making — chemical reactions, alterations, oxidations — which become integral to its visual narrative. Through this process-based and material approach, photography reveals itself as a space of memory and metamorphosis, where the fragility of matter becomes a poetic testimony to its own duration.
